We absolutely recommend an internal viewing to truly appreciate this excellent home. Please read the below words from it’s current owners.

“William Morris Close has been our home for well over a decade, and we could not have been happier here. It's been a pleasure to live on the close with our neighbours, enjoying the green to the front, and the peace of our garden. Our home has been an oasis of calm for us in bustling Walthamstow.

The previous owners had kept a lot of our home's traditional character, and the welcoming fireplace and charming windows stood out to us. We tried to keep this feeling as we refurbished, and we made the place even more cosy with external insulation and secondary glazing.

We've loved the flexible living space, the many different views through the kitchen, lounge and diner to the green spaces outside, and the way the sunlight changes the feeling in the house throughout the day. Our home gave us the space for our family to grow, and everything we've needed over the years has been on our doorstep.

We're going to miss meeting friends in Lloyd Park, the pubs and cafes nearby on Forest Road and Hoe Street, the Garden Party, shopping for fruit & veg at the market, cycling through the Wetlands, jogging on the River Lea and schools being just a stone's throw away.

Our home has helped us live a full life here and we're sure it will do the same for its next owners.”
